While Jacob DeVincenzo delivered a dominant performance on Saturday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Poly. DeVincenzo struck out seven batters over 4.1 innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). The effort marked the fewest hits he has had since back in March of 2024. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts.
