Soccer Game Preview: Knightdale vs. Heritage + How To Watch

Knightdale hasn't had much luck against Heritage recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Knights are taking a road trip to face off against the Huskies at 6:15 p.m.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Knightdale's offense. They came up short against Vance County on Wednesday, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Knightdale have lost by exactly three goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Heritage). Their defense stepped up to hand Vance County a 5-0 shutout on Monday. The win was familiar territory for Heritage, who have now won three matches in a row.

Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-5. As for Knightdale, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

Knightdale might still be hurting after the 9-0 defeat they got from Heritage when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
