Soccer Recap: Winslow Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Winslow was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They came up short against the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets, falling 11-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Winslow of the 11-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Winslow's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Blue Ridge, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Winslow didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, an 8-0 defeat against Red Rock on the 1st. As for Blue Ridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-2 win against Round Valley on the 2nd.
