Volleyball Recap: Nitro Falls Short of St. Albans in the Playoffs

Nitro and St. Albans squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Nitro had to settle for second. They came up short against the Red Dragons, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildcats have suffered since October 29, 2024.

Nitro has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-20-1 record this season. As for St. Albans, their victory bumped their record up to 25-17-1.

As of now, neither Nitro nor the Red Dragons have any future games scheduled.
