Softball Recap: King Comes Up Short

After soaring to 19 runs the game before, King was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They came up short against the St. Luke's Storm, falling 25-1. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 13-0 to the Storm when the teams met back in May of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

King's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King will welcome Greenwich Country Day at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Luke's, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Frederick Gunn at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
