Volleyball Recap: Casey-Westfield Gets the Win

Casey-Westfield won the last time they faced Richland County and things went their way on Thursday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0.

Casey-Westfield never let Richland County on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 27-25.

Ava Goble was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 20 digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.

Casey-Westfield's win bumped their record up to 18-11. As for Richland County, they dropped their record down to 8-21 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Casey-Westfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Salem on the 25th. As for Richland County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Centralia on the 25th.
