Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gouverneur). They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Immaculate Heart Central Cavaliers 77-33. With that win, the Wildcats brought their scoring average up to 51.1 points per game.

Raine Rumble continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 34 points. That makes it ten consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Gouverneur's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaleb Platt, who posted 13 points.

Gouverneur's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Immaculate Heart Central, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.

Gouverneur wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 64-46 defeat against Canton on the 4th. Immaculate Heart Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
