St. Michaels has gone a perfect 5-0 against Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Saints will host the Jaguars at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

St. Michaels came up short against Colonel Richardson on Thursday, falling 15-5. The Saints have struggled against the Colonels recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

St. Michaels saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayleigh Burkhardt, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Ayla Gowe was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 19-0 to Mardela.

St. Michaels now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

St. Michaels took their win against Washington when the teams last played back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 19-6 score. Do the Saints have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Jaguars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
