Basketball Recap: White Plains Comes Up Short

White Plains was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 34-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Scarsdale Raiders. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

White Plains got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Jade Jackson-Greene and McKenna Austin, who each put up four points.

White Plains' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Scarsdale, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

White Plains has already played their next contest (against Fox Lane), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Scarsdale is taking a road trip to challenge Northampton at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
