Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt lost against O'Dea last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Roughriders fell 9-4 to the Fighting Irish. The Roughriders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for O'Dea, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for O'Dea, they will square off against Ingraham at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Fighting Irish's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rams have averaged an impressive 7.1 runs per game this season.
