Volleyball Recap: Lindblom Victorious

After losing to Westinghouse the last time they met, Lindblom decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors on Thursday.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23.

Judeah Miller paced Lindblom's offense, picking up four kills. Miller got some help from Zoe Goodwin and her eight assists. Finally, Miller was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high five blocks.

The win got Lindblom back to even at 1-1. As for Westinghouse, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Lindblom will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Perspectives Leadership at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Westinghouse, they will head out on the road to face off against Prosser at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
