Volleyball Recap: Augusta Comes Up Short

Augusta lost against Mulvane two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Orioles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Orioles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-21.

Augusta's defeat dropped their record down to 3-22-2. As for Mulvane, they pushed their record up to 20-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Augusta and Mulvane will both be playing Circle the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will host the Thunderbirds at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Orioles will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
