Basketball Recap: Miami Takes a Loss

Miami was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 44-31 to the Fort Elliott Cougars. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 35-28 back in January.

Miami's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Fort Elliott, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season.

Miami does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fort Elliott, they will take on White Deer at 6:30 p.m. on February 11th.
