Soccer Recap: Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy was not quite Belle Chasse's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Belle Chasse Cardinals by a score of 2-1. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Belle Chasse, they will be home for the holidays to greet Haynes Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Haynes Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.
