Football Preview: Jones County Coyotes vs. Wall Eagles
After two games on the road, Jones County is heading back home. They will welcome the Wall Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
Jones County had been on a three-game streak of scoring at least 31 points, but Philip put an end to it on Friday. Jones County was outmatched by Philip on the road and fell 34-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Coyotes were not able to get on the board.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Wall's defense and their four sacks. Weston Koedam was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up twohimself.
Jones County now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Wall, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0.
Jones County took a serious blow against Wall in their previous meeting back in September of 2021, falling 55-0. Thankfully for Jones County, Burk Blasius (who threw for 103 yards and two touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 45 yards and a touchdown) won't be suiting up this time.
