Basketball Recap: Kingsway Christian Continues Road Dominance on Thursday

Kingsway Christian won the last time they faced Warsaw W and things went their way on Thursday too. The Kingsway Christian Eagles came out on top against the Warsaw W Warriors by a score of 30-19. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Despite the defeat, Warsaw W saw an underclassman step up: freshman Gavin Gress posted four points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Those eight boards gave Gress a new career-high.

Kingsway Christian's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-7. As for Warsaw W, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Coshocton Christian the next time they take the court. Warsaw W will head out to face Coshocton Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Kingsway Christian will host them at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
