Leeton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 66-36 victory over the Santa Fe Chiefs. That 30 point margin sets a new team best for the Bulldogs this season.

The win got Leeton back to even at 6-6. As for Santa Fe, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
