Basketball Recap: Ridgeline's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Ridgeline had won two straight games and Caden Andreas did his part to make it three on Friday. The Ridgeline Falcons walked away with a 76-68 victory over the Ferris Saxons thanks in part to Andreas, who went 6 for 10 on his way to 22 points in addition to eight assists and four steals. The match was his 13th in a row with at least ten points.

Brayden Allen was another key player, going 5 of 12 en route to 17 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Those six assists gave him a new career-high.

Ridgeline's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Ferris, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Ridgeline will be playing in front of their home fans against Mead at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Mead's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Ferris, they are taking a road trip to challenge Shadle Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ferris is facing Shadle Park at the right time seeing as Shadle Park is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
