Volleyball Recap: Cyprus Pirates vs. Kearns Cougars

Cyprus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kearns Cougars. The Pirates were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Cyprus' offense was headlined by Zeke Smith and JAXON NEILSEN, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Zepplin Albert and his 18 assists. Xander Adams controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Cyprus' loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Kearns, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 3-11.
