Basketball Recap: Mitchell Triumphs

If DSST: Green Valley Ranch wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Mitchell, they should've done a better job of containing Isabella Wilkinson. The Marauders put the hurt on the Raptors with a sharp 44-22 victory on Monday with plenty of help from Wilkinson, who dropped a triple-double with 33 points, 28 rebounds, and 11 steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Mitchell's points.

Mitchell's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for DSST: Green Valley Ranch, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.
