Baseball Recap: Lake Park Lancers vs. North Bend Bulldogs

Lake Park entered their tilt with North Bend with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by a 16-2 margin over the North Bend Bulldogs.

Lake Park got a great performance from Carter Simmons as he tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off seven hits (he also only allowed one walk).

On the hitting side, Derek Ittner was a standout: he scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Spencer Hoarle was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
