The Gilpin County Eagles are taking a road trip to take on the Crested Butte Titans at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Gilpin County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season.

Gilpin County is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Fountain Valley, sneaking past 1-0. Gilpin County's winning goal came courtesy of Elise Vincent.

Meanwhile, Crested Butte came up short against Montrose last Friday and fell 3-1.

The win made it two in a row for Gilpin County and bumps their season record up to 11-3-2. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Crested Butte, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-3.
