Volleyball Recap: Brooklyn Dudley Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Dutchtown

Newnan won the last time they faced Dutchtown and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bulldogs. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Newnan's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooklyn Dudley led the charge by getting seven aces and three digs. That's the most digs Dudley has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Mia West, who had five aces and three digs.

Newnan's record now sits at 25-12. As for Dutchtown, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-19 record this season.

Newnan will challenge Woodland at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dutchtown, they will take on North Clayton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
