Basketball Recap: Grady Comes Up Short

Grady lost against To'hajiilee on December 5th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Grady Bronchos took a 55-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the To'hajiilee Warriors. The Bronchos' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Grady's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for To'hajiilee, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Grady will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Roy Municipal School at 4:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Grady has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. To'hajiilee also won't see the court for a while: their next matchup is against Alamo Navajo at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
