Lincoln Leadership Academy waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Maritime Academy Charter Seadogs 82-51. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Lincoln Leadership Academy to victory were Dwight Prud'Homme and Robert Baker. Prud'Homme went 9 of 18 on his way to 21 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals, while Baker went 8 for 12 en route to 19 points along with five boards and three steals. Those four steals gave Prud'Homme a new career-high. Deeani Velez also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Maritime Academy Charter lost, don't look at Jayriel Arroyo. Despite the final result, he went 8 of 20 on his way to 24 points. Arroyo has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jadin Aviles, who posted eight points and seven steals.

Lincoln Leadership Academy's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points per game. As for Maritime Academy Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.
