Baseball Recap: Warner Comes Up Short

Warner had lost 13 straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 5-24 to make it 14. They came up short against the Panama Razorbacks, falling 11-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 13-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2025.

As for Panama, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 17-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games.

For Panama's part, CHRIS GRAY was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with five RBI and one triple. Those five RBI gave GRAY a new career-high. Another player making a difference was ROPER LOVELL, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Warner will take on Hilldale at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Panama, they will challenge Pocola at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
