Volleyball Recap: Boca Ciega Takes a Loss

Boca Ciega was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seminole Warhawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Boca Ciega's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Seminole, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Boca Ciega wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Northeast on the 3rd. As for Seminole, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Mitchell on the 3rd.
