Baseball Recap: Capital Takes a Loss

If Capital was feeling good fresh off their 9-3 takedown of Prairie on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars fell just short of the Gig Harbor Tides by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Tides: they've now lost four in a row.

Capital's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Gig Harbor, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 24-1.

As of now, neither Capital nor the Tides have any future games scheduled.
