Soccer Recap: Flat Rock Takes a Loss

Flat Rock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Milan Big Reds, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Flat Rock can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 369th, while Milan are ranked 159th).

Flat Rock's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Milan, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Flat Rock wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 0-0 draw against Jefferson on the 6th. As for Milan, they have also already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against St. Mary Catholic Central on the 6th.
