Oregon City had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They blew past the West Salem Titans, posting a 64-34 win. Given the Pioneers' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 12th, while the Titans are ranked 67th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Oregon City pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points per game. As for West Salem, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oregon City will head out to challenge Westview at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
