Basketball Recap: Oostburg Comes Up Short

Oostburg lost against Plymouth back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oostburg Flying Dutchmen took a 75-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plymouth Panthers.

Oostburg's defeat dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Plymouth, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oostburg will head out to challenge Cedar Grove-Belgium at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Oostburg knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Cedar Grove-Belgium likes a good challenge. As for Plymouth, they will face off against Kettle Moraine Lutheran at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
