Baseball Recap: Westminster Takes a Loss

Westminster came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Dulaney Lions, falling 19-7. The Owls were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lions apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Westminster's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Dulaney, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Westminster and Dulaney will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Westminster is set to face off against their familiar foe South Carroll at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Dulaney will challenge rival Sparrows Point at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
