Desert Chapel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 32-17 to the Public Safety Academy Phoenix. On the bright side, the 17- run performance marked the Eagles' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Sophia Alvarado was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Caylah Kabbara, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Desert Chapel's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Public Safety Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Desert Chapel nor Public Safety Academy have any future games scheduled.
