Basketball Recap: Little Wound Comes Up Short

Little Wound and Winner squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Little Wound had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 60-27 loss at the hands of the Winner Warriors. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured ten losses in a row.

Little Wound's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Winner, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-9.

Little Wound does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Winner, they will square off against Lakota Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lakota Tech knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Winner likes a good challenge.
