Volleyball Recap: Tri-County Extends Road Winning Streak to 11

Tri-County picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Winamac Warriors by a score of 2-0.

Tri-County easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-15.

Lyla Alberts paced Tri-County's offense, picking up six kills. Alberts got some help from Marianna Boles and her 23 assists. Ella Anderson controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Tri-County's victory was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1. As for Winamac, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-1.

Tri-County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Twin Lakes on the 16th. As for Winamac, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Lewis Cass on the 19th.
