Basketball Recap: Berkmar Takes a Loss

Berkmar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 68-5 loss at the hands of the Norcross Blue Devils. If the Patriots were looking for revenge after losing 78-23 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Berkmar's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Norcross, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.

Berkmar will be playing in front of their home fans against Peachtree Ridge at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Berkmar is facing Peachtree Ridge at the right time seeing as Peachtree Ridge is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Norcross, they are taking a road trip to square off against Duluth at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
