Basketball Recap: Wesclin Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Wesclin Warriors came up short against the O'Fallon Panthers and fell 69-58.

Wesclin's loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for O'Fallon, they moved to 7-16 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Wesclin will take on Highland at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wesclin knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Highland likes a good challenge. As for O'Fallon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Alton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Alton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something O'Fallon surely won't give up without a fight.
