Basketball Recap: North Butler Comes Up Short

North Butler was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 54-28 to the Central Springs Panthers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bearcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-31 back in December of 2024.

North Butler's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Central Springs, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

North Butler will face off against Don Bosco at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Springs, they will challenge Nashua-Plainfield at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Central Springs has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
