Westlake came tearing into  Tuesday's  match with nine straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Pleasant Grove Vikings as they made off with  a  3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  on April 10th.
 Westlake never let Pleasant Grove on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-19,  25-21.
 Kilika Tafa paced Westlake's offense, picking up 14 kills. Tafa got some help from  Keagan Cundiff and his 27 assists. Tafa was also solid from the service line:  he led the team with three aces.
Westlake's victory was  their sixth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 20-5. As for Pleasant Grove,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 12-14.
 Coming up, Westlake will look to defend their home court  on Thursday against Lone Peak  at 6:30  p.m. As for Pleasant Grove, they will face off against American Fork at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The Vikings are facing the Cavemen at the right time seeing as the Cavemen are stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak.
