After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Collinsville, Crossville was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Cleburne County Tigers a 4-0 shutout. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Cleburne County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kalynn Green, Dara Aquino, Kelli Rios, and Mareli Vega.

Crossville's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Cleburne County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Crossville wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 7-3 victory against Talladega on the 8th. As for Cleburne County, they have also already played their next matchup, a 9-0 defeat against Donoho on the 8th.
