Basketball Recap: Faith Christian Academy Takes a Loss

If Faith Christian Academy was riding high fresh off their 96-75 takedown of Lehigh Valley Academy last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Faith Christian Academy Lions came up short against the Bristol Warriors on Monday, falling 79-53. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 73-59 back in January.

Faith Christian Academy's defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Bristol, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Coming up, Faith Christian Academy will be taking part in a tournament against Bristol at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for Bristol, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Dock Mennonite at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
