Basketball Game Preview: North Arlington Vikings vs. Emerson Cavaliers

The North Arlington Vikings will square off against the Emerson Cavaliers at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Emerson took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on North Arlington, who comes in off a win.

North Arlington is headed into the game having just posted their biggest win since December 27, 2024 on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 36-4 victory over Lodi. The win continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Emerson was beaten by Bogota 69-32 on Wednesday.

Emerson's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for North Arlington, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

North Arlington didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Emerson in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 26-21 win.
