Volleyball Recap: Harlandale's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against MacArthur, Harlandale was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lehman Lobos. The win was some much needed relief for the Indians as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Harlandale easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-18.

Harlandale's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Lehman, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Harlandale will square off against Corpus Christi Moody at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lehman, they will head out to take on Burbank at 11:00 a.m. on Friday. The last three games the Bulldogs have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
