Volleyball Game Preview: Pecos Panthers vs. Clayton Yellowjackets

The Pecos Panthers will venture away from home to take on the Clayton Yellowjackets at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pecos is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Pecos lost 3-0 to Tucumcari on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Clayton came up short against Santa Rosa on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-12, 23-25, 25-12.

Clayton's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Pecos, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Pecos skirted past Clayton 3-2 when the teams last played two weeks ago. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
