Volleyball Recap: Hillcrest Christian Comes Up Short

Hillcrest Christian entered their match against Lighthouse Christian on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Hillcrest Christian lost 3-0 to Lighthouse Christian. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Lighthouse Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 9th.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15, 25-8.

Hillcrest Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Lighthouse Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Hillcrest Christian will square off against Ojai Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lighthouse Christian, they will head out to face off against AGBU at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
