Gleason is on a six-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and West Carroll a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Gleason Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the West Carroll War Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Gleason's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against South Fulton on Friday. They were dealt a 35-0 defeat at the hands of the Red Devils.

Meanwhile, West Carroll played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Lake County and fell 43-6. The War Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-6.

Gleason's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for West Carroll, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Gleason couldn't quite get it done against West Carroll when the teams last played back in August of 2022 as they fell 33-24. Can the Bulldogs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
