Volleyball Game Preview: Simon Tech Huskies vs. Magnolia Science Academy Carson Vipers

The Simon Tech Huskies are taking a road trip to square off against the Magnolia Science Academy Carson Vipers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Magnolia Science Academy Carson took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Simon Tech, who comes in off a win.

Two weeks ago, Simon Tech got the win against TEACH Tech Charter by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Magnolia Science Academy Carson came up short against South LA College Prep on Monday and fell 3-1. While the Vipers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Knights 25-20 in the first set.

Magnolia Science Academy Carson started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 26-24, 25-12, 25-21.

Simon Tech will have to contain KHALIYAH BRYANT as she made an impact in Magnolia Science Academy Carson's last game. She had nine kills and two aces. BRYANT is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season.
