Volleyball Recap: Olentangy Berlin Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

With a playoff win on the line, Olentangy Berlin rose to the challenge on Friday. Everything went their way against the Westerville South Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Bears have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Olentangy Berlin not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Westerville South between 15 and 17 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-17.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Olentangy Berlin to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mitchell Moran, who had nine digs and one assist.

Olentangy Berlin pushed their record up to 16-8 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Westerville South, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-11.
