Basketball Recap: Little Elm Snags Sixth Win in Last Seven Games

Little Elm lost to Marcus back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Little Elm Lobos walked away with a 58-48 victory over the Marcus Marauders.

Little Elm has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 23-8 record this season. As for Marcus, they moved to 22-8 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Little Elm and Marcus should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Little Elm (ranked 32nd) will meet Lewisville (ranked 499th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Marcus will take on Coppell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 160 places (35 vs. 195).
