Soccer Game Preview: Franklin County vs. Milan

The Franklin County Wildcats will venture away from home to take on the Milan Indians at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Franklin County's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 11 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin County challenged Lawrenceburg on Wednesday. The Wildcats came up short against the Tigers, falling 7-0.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Milan was forced to settle for a draw. They and South Ripley finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

Milan's goal came courtesy of Thomas Poole, who's now up to five this season.

Franklin County's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. Milan's draw gives them a new season record of 2-9-1.
